Getting Started

ohTarot is a modern tarot app offering 6,000+ curated two-card readings, available in 100+ languages. Perform readings using our digital deck or input your own physical cards for personalized insights.

Yes! ohTarot is designed for both beginners and experienced readers. Our intuitive features and detailed readings make it easy for anyone to explore the wisdom of tarot.

Technical Support

First, try restarting the app or your device. Ensure you’re using the latest version of the app by checking for updates. If the issue persists, contact us through the support form.

If you’ve forgotten your password, go to the login page and tap “Forgot Password.” Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset it.

ohTarot requires an internet connection for features like language translation and accessing readings. However, saved readings can be revisited offline.

Technical Support

ohTarot is free to use, allowing for up to 5 free readings per day with ads. For unlimited readings, no ads, and an expanded Bookmarks and Recents History, a monthly or annual subscription is available.

To cancel, go to your device’s Apple App Store settings, find your subscription list, and select ohTarot to cancel. Contact us if you have any issues.

Refunds are available up to 15 days from the charge, as long as no login or usage of the app is registered during this time. Please contact us to request a refund.

Features & Customization

You can use our digital deck for an automated reading or manually input your physical cards into the app. Once selected, view the tailored interpretation for your chosen cards.

Tap the bookmark icon on a reading to save it. You can find all bookmarked readings in the “Favorites” section of the app.

Yes! You can send a link to friends via text, social media, and other platforms available in your sharing settings. For them to access the reading itself, they will need to download ohTarot. The link you shared will take them directly to the reading.

Language Support

ohTarot automatically adapts to over 100+ languages based on your iPhone’s default language setting.

Our readings are originally written in English. For users with a different language setting, the system may take a moment to translate the content into your preferred language. Please be patient as the translator completes its task.

Additionally, as ohTarot sees significant usage in a particular language, we will work on professionally translating the entire database into that language to reduce download times and improve your experience.

Translation errors can occur due to the process being handled by software, which may miss cultural nuances. If you encounter a translation issue, please report it via the support form so we can address them.

Privacy & Data

Your privacy is our priority. We follow strict security protocols to protect your personal information. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.

Readings are saved locally on your device unless you delete them. ohTarot does not store or share your readings externally.

To delete your account, please follow the instructions on our Account Deletion page. If you have any trouble, contact us for additional assistance.
